ADVOCACY... NOW
CA map Waterkeeper joined all California Keeper organizations to oppose the proposed $11 billion water bond package slated for the November ballot.
The California Coastkeeper Alliance, of which Waterkeeper is a member, has produced an online interactive map revealing thousands of violations from facilities all over the state.  Five bills are currently before the legislature that would weaken the State's enforcement program and allow dischargers to avoid penalties.
