
Bill Flores is a Project Manager with HDR (Riverside office), a national civil engineering consulting company. His background is water resources, and he is responsible for projects involving planning and design of storm water conveyance and quality (NPDES) in Southern California. Bill is a registered civil engineer in California, a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC), and a Certified Professional in Storm Water Quality (CPSWQ). He holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Cal Poly, Pomona and is also the Stormwater Committee Chairman of the American Society of Civil Engineers, San Bernardino & Riverside Counties Branch.
William Harris is the Western Zone Manager for Filterra Bioretention Systems, a manufacturer of storm water bioretention/filtration devices. He has been active in the environmental industry for over 30 years, having started at an early age cleaning up oil and chemical spills in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has served as President of H & H Environmental Services, a hazardous waste management company based in San Francisco. During the past 10 years, Harris has devoted his professional time to assisting the building and engineering professions with meeting local and state water quality regulations. He has also previously provided technical consulting services for various engineering firms as well as written numerous water quality management plans for new and existing commercial and residential developments throughout California. Harris is a graduate of San Francisco State University with a certification in environmental assessment and remediation from the University of California, Davis.
Lee Reeder is the Executive Director of the Santa Ana Watershed Association (SAWA), which removes invasive species, restores habitat, and protects native and endangered species throughout the 3,000 square miles of the Santa Ana River Watershed. He is the former Associate Director and Waterkeeper for Inland Empire Waterkeeper. Reeder is also a scenic photographer and an environmental writer. He is co-author of "Hell on Earth, The Wildfire Pandemic", which was released in August 2008. The book explores climate change and its effects on wildfires in the United States and throughout the world.
